Job description
As a Ventilation / HVAC Technician, you will work with installation and adjustment of ventilation systems on residential, commercial and industrial projects in Denmark. The work includes ductwork installation, mounting of units and system checks according to project requirements and Danish standards.
Main tasks:
- Installation and mounting of ventilation ducts, fittings and components
- Assembly and installation of air handling units, fans, diffusers and grilles
- Measuring, cutting and fitting ductwork according to drawings and specifications
- Sealing and securing duct systems to ensure proper performance and tightness
- Basic testing, adjustments and checks of airflow where required
- Installation work in ceilings, shafts and technical rooms depending on the project
- Use of relevant hand and power tools for HVAC installation work
- Reporting completed work, deviations or issues to the site manager or coordinator (email or site documentation)
- Working according to technical drawings, work instructions and project documentation
- Following site safety regulations, quality standards and Danish working procedures
Who We Are Looking For
- Only EU workers or candidates with valid EU work permits
- Proven experience with ventilation or HVAC installation on construction projects
- Practical experience with installation of ventilation ducts and components
- Ability to measure, cut and assemble ductwork according to drawings
- Understanding of ventilation systems and airflow principles
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and installation instructions
- Serious, reliable and safety-conscious workers with a strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and function well in a team environment
- Good English communication skills (other languages are a plus)
- Category B driving licence is an advantage
